VIP Cinema Studio - Service Agreement & Guidelines

1. Payment Structure

  • Advance Booking: An initial token of 25% to 50% is required to block the dates.
  • Post-Event Payment: By the completion of the event, the total payment must reach up to 75% of the total package cost.
  • Final Settlement: The remaining 25% balance must be cleared at the time of the final video and album delivery.
  • If the client requires the final album/drive to be delivered to a distant location, additional courier/shipping charges will be borne by the client.

2. Delivery & Selection Timeline

  • Photo Selection: Within 1 to 3 days post-event, a secure selection link will be sent to the client via our app/portal. The client is given a standard window of 1 month to select their photos (extendable upon valid request).
  • Album Delivery: Once the client submits the final photo selection, the printed album will be delivered within 3 to 15 days.
  • Video Delivery: Traditional, cinematic, and multi-camera mix-ups require detailed editing. The final edited video will be delivered within 1 week to 1 month after the event.

3. Raw Data & Footage Policy

  • Raw, unedited data (photos/videos) is provided only if it was agreed upon during the initial booking terms.
  • Raw data will only be handed over after 100% full payment is cleared.
  • The client must provide their own Hard Drive or Pen Drive to collect the raw data. If the client requests cloud delivery (Google Drive), extra charges for storage and time will apply.

4. Venue Permissions & Travel Costs

  • All permissions required for shooting, drone flying, or entry fees at any venue (hotels, marriage halls, pre-wedding locations) are strictly the responsibility of the client. The studio is not liable for any extra charges levied by the venue.
  • Travel expenses for the studio team are the client's responsibility unless a specific travel package has been pre-agreed and charged for in the contract.

5. Force Majeure & Technical Failures

  • Natural Disasters: The studio is not responsible for interruptions caused by natural events such as heavy rain, storms, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
  • Equipment Failure: Cameras and digital gear are electronic devices subject to sudden technical failure. While our team maintains top-quality gear, we cannot be held financially or legally responsible for sudden electronic breakdowns.
  • In the rare event of equipment failure, the studio will make every maximum effort to arrange alternative equipment immediately (especially for nearby events). However, if alternatives cannot be sourced in time, the client is expected to understand the limitations of electronic devices.
