Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Advance Payment

To confirm and secure our professional services for your special event, an advance booking token of 25% to 50% of the total package cost is required. This ensures that your dates are blocked and preparations can begin.

2. Cancellation of Long-Term Bookings

For events scheduled well in the future, we provide a reasonable window for any modifications or cancellations:

• Within 10 Days of Booking: You are eligible for a 100% full refund of your advance payment if the cancellation or modification is requested within 10 days of making the initial booking.
• After 10 Days (Non-Refundable): If 10 days have passed since the booking, the advance amount becomes strictly non-refundable.
  Reasoning: After this 10-day period, we actively allocate funds towards team member assignments, external vendor bookings, and specialized equipment arrangements. Since these third-party payments and preparations are non-recoverable for us, we cannot process refunds beyond this point.

3. Cancellation of Short-Term Bookings

If your event is scheduled to take place very soon (within the next 5 to 10 days from the booking date), the preparation timeline is much shorter:

• Within 3 Days of Booking: You must cancel within 3 days of making the booking to receive a full refund.
• After 3 Days (Non-Refundable): Due to the immediate, short-notice preparations and resource blocking required for such events, the advance amount will be non-refundable after 3 days.

4. Refund Processing Time

If your cancellation falls within the eligible refund window, the approved refund amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (bank account, UPI, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
